1. What is a digital subscription? What do I get when I subscribe?

To get unlimited access to progress-index.com, you'll need an online subscription. When you subscribe, you'll get unlimited access to articles, breaking news, photo galleries, blog posts, reader comments, The Progress-Index archived articles, databases and more. All visitors are able to view 7 articles FREE during any 30-day period. If you exceed that amount you'll need a digital subscription to continue enjoying progress-index.com's suite of articles and tools.

No. You will be provided a username and password to access progress-index.com at your residence, at work, on the go, at a library, wherever. It is this ease of access that allows our customers to obtain news and information instantly, anywhere.

Yes. A discounted digital subscription to progress-index.com is available to eligible colleges, libraries and businesses. To be eligible, an office must subscribe to The Progress-Index print edition. 6. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account will not be charged the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is 30 days, starting with the day of purchase. Unlimited access to progress-index.com will continue for the remainder of the current 30-day period. Afterward, you will still be able to view 7 articles a month on progress-index.com, just like any other visitor.
